OUR WEDDING VENDORS
Wedding Planner
Aspen Vail Weddings by Elizabeth Schumacher
Elizabeth was incredible.
A few weeks before our wedding, she even invited us to quietly observe one of her weddings in Dillon so we could see the setup and venue flow. That alone showed us how passionate and thoughtful she is.
She:
- Helped us secure our desired venue and date. Made sure we get it
- Asked detailed questions about our vision (especially florals)
- Was incredibly creative and resourceful
- Personally cooked our food — which guests loved
Her pricing felt very reasonable for the level of care and effort she puts into her weddings. The package that we chose included the venue, tables, chairs linens, food, some drinks and some decors. We added some decors (like more flowers with floral stands and other wedding items) on top of what’s included in her package which we DIYed and Elizabeth was totally cool with it.
Make-Up Artist
Ana was professional, warm, and punctual (she even arrived early!).
I showed her a reference photo, and she absolutely nailed the look.
Her rates are reasonable, and her passion truly shows in her work. Highly recommended.

Day-Of Coordinator
Blissful Moments by Stephanie LLC
Stephanie’s team was amazing from start to finish.
We worked closely with Alyssa, who:
- Attended our rehearsal night
- Helped coordinate the flow
- Assisted with setup on the wedding day
- Emceed our reception beautifully
She has a theater background, and it really showed — great energy, great mic presence, and a fun vibe all night.

Wedding Officiant
Even though Colorado doesn’t require a certified officiant — and even though we were already legally married — we still wanted someone to officiate the ceremony.
We wanted our family to fully enjoy the day as guests, not feel pressured to “work.”
Kellye was professional, graceful, and even let us choose what she wore. She delivered the ceremony beautifully.

Wedding Photographer
Gaby photographed our intimate legal wedding in January 2024, so hiring her again was an easy decision.
She makes us feel comfortable, natural, and never awkward in front of the camera.
Her creativity, eye for poses, and calm presence made a huge difference — and her rates are very reasonable compared to the other offers that received.
Wedding Videographer
Serge is incredibly talented.
Despite bad weather, he waited patiently for the right moment to fly his drone and captured stunning aerial shots of our venue.
He’s funny, passionate, and easy to work with — which helped us relax and enjoy every moment.
We’re so grateful someone recommended him to us on a Wedding Facebook Group.

Wedding Invitations (DIY & Made with Love)
I personally designed and made our wedding invitations at home.
Having designed and created invitations as a side hustle in the past, making my own wedding invites felt truly surreal — a full-circle moment that allowed me to express my creativity in the most personal way.
It quickly became one of my favorite parts of the planning process, combining simplicity, meaning, and a deeply personal touch that reflected who we are.

Wedding Look
Groom
Suit: We ordered Tony’s suit on Amazon. We chose the size large based on the listed measurements and crossed our fingers — especially because it had so many good reviews. When it arrived, it fit him perfectly with no alterations needed, and the quality was impressive for the price.
NeckTie: Amazon
Shoes: Amazon

Bride
Dress: I, on the other hand, spent quite some time finding a dress that I felt comfortable and beautiful in. I tried four different dresses on Amazon, and the fourth one was the one, Size 2 (I’m 5’5, 130 lbs). It allowed me to move freely and flowed nicely during our first dance.
Shoes: Amazon.

We were both extremely happy with our looks — especially knowing we didn’t spend thousands of dollars. Instead, we invested more in creating unique, personal experiences, like our ceremony and reception programs, which made the day even more memorable.
Flower Girls
Dresses: Amazon
Baskets: Amazon
Our flower girls wore adorable green dresses and were so excited—they truly felt like little princesses walking down the aisle, scattering petals with pure joy.

Ring Bearer & Security
Shirts & Shorts: Amazon
Carrying Case & Sunglasses: Amazon
Bubble Gun: Amazon
We made this moment extra fun! Our ring bearer carried a stylish ring case, looking like he was ready for his important mission. Meanwhile, our “ring security” added a playful touch, blowing bubbles as they walked down the aisle.

Wedding Rings
Even after our legal wedding at the DMV in January 2024, we continued wearing our engagement rings. We decided to wait for our wedding celebration with family and friends to make it even more special.
During our memorable honeymoon in Switzerland (June–July 2025), and given our love for mountains, we decided to personalize our wedding rings with the Swiss Mountain Range.
We found an amazing Etsy shop, RuggedRingWear, that could customize rings. I sent them a photo of the Swiss Alps, and they made it happen perfectly.

Our rings arrived just in time and the mountain engravings were stunning.

During our ring warming ceremony, our loved ones shared well wishes and prayers. Now, every day we wear our rings, we are reminded of those heartfelt blessings and the beauty of that moment.
Our Wedding Cake
Tony has always told me that he wanted our wedding cake to be ube-flavored, so we made sure that was non-negotiable.
After some research, I found CakeHeads Bakery, and to my surprise (and happiness!), it’s Filipino-owned! I sent them a single inspiration photo of the cake I was envisioning, and they absolutely made it happen.
We picked up the cake on August 22 and stored it in the fridge at our VRBO. It held up perfectly, and everyone loved it — especially the ube flavor.

Unity Jar & Sands
The set were purchased from Amazon and are sturdy, high-quality glass. They’re personalized with our names, and we added our legal wedding date since that’s the day we’ll actually celebrate our anniversary.
The sand is also from Amazon, and I love that the amount was just perfect for what we needed.

Led Fairy Wands
We got thse from Amazon. Guests waved these LED fairy wands as we exited the ceremony, cheering along to the cute jingling bells and sparkling lights. The kids had a blast playing with them throughout the night, making it a magical and joyful celebration for everyone.

Floral Stands
Purchased the stands from Amazon and styled with flowers and bunny grass sourced from Shein, Amazon, and Walmart. It was a mix of pieces from different shops, which I DIYed and put together.

Date Ideas Jar
We ordered this jar from Amazon—it came with small papers for writing. We customized it with our last name and legal wedding date
We’ve set it out for our guests as a fun activity while they were waiting. Everyone wrote down date ideas for us, and it was such a fun way to get creative and share memories!

Guest Book
We chose a unique wooden guestbook with a tree design from Amazon, where guests could write and drop their names. It also came with a book for longer messages. We loved reading all the notes after the wedding, and now it makes a beautiful display in our living area remembering all our loved ones who shared our wedding day

Wedding Giveaways
Ordered from Amazon
We wanted our wedding favors to feel very “us” and to reflect our love for the mountains.
We chose a mountain‑themed bottle opener that also doubles as a ref magnet, ordered from Amazon (Design 16) with unique, personalized packaging.
As soon as it arrived, I checked the quality right away — and it was top‑notch. Our guests loved it, and it felt meaningful without being over‑the‑top.

Goblet
Ordered on Amazon. We used this goblet for our toast during the reception. As huge Game of Thrones fans, we loved the medieval vibe it brought—perfectly adding a little fantasy flair to our celebration!
